Our Commitment

Belle Vie stands behind the quality of every material we sell. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Coverage by Category

Cabinets: 5 Year Limited Warranty

Covers structural defects in cabinet boxes, doors, and drawer systems. Includes hardware mechanisms (hinges, slides). Does not cover normal wear, cosmetic changes to natural wood, or damage from misuse or improper installation.

Countertops: 10 Year Limited Warranty

Covers manufacturing defects in quartz and engineered stone. Natural stone is covered for structural cracking due to material defects. Does not cover etching, staining, chipping from impact, or damage from failure to seal properly.

Tile: 1 Year Limited Warranty

Covers defects in glazing, coloring, and sizing present at time of purchase. Does not cover breakage during or after installation, grout issues, or natural variation inherent to handmade tiles.

Hardware: Lifetime Limited Warranty

Covers defects in materials and finish under normal residential use. Does not cover natural patina on unlacquered finishes, wear from commercial use, or damage from improper cleaning products.

How to File a Claim

Contact us at warranty@bellevie.design with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the defect. We'll respond within 3 business days with next steps.

Exclusions

• Damage from improper installation, modification, or abuse
• Normal wear and tear, including patina on natural materials
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
• Color or grain variations inherent to natural materials
• Damage from failure to follow care instructions
