Yes. New England is our home base. We deliver on our own trucks across NH, ME, MA, and RI. Outside New England, we ship freight on a per-project basis. Tell us where it’s going; we’ll quote it.

Unused, undamaged materials in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Custom-cut and made-to-order items are non-returnable. Contact us before returning to receive a return authorization.

An initial consultation is complimentary. Full design packages start at $500, which is credited toward your material purchase if you proceed. Visit our services page for detailed pricing.

Not necessarily. We offer virtual consultations and can ship material samples to your home. However, visiting the showroom lets you experience materials at full scale and meet your designer in person.

Yes. Our design packages include photorealistic 3D renderings so you can see your space with the exact materials, finishes, and layout before committing.

Yes. You can request up to 5 sample kits at no cost, including shipping. Each kit includes representative pieces of the material category.

Seal natural stone annually with a quality impregnating sealer. Clean with pH-neutral stone cleaner. Never vinegar or citrus. Blot spills immediately to prevent etching or staining.

Licensed architects, interior designers, general contractors, and builders with a valid business license qualify. Apply through our trade program page.

Trade discounts range from 15% to 35% depending on your tier (Essentials, Premier, or Atelier). Tier upgrades happen automatically as your order volume grows.
