Austin Street, Three Rooms
One house, three scopes. A closet became an office nook behind a cased pass-through, with slat wainscot and one good light. The apartment entry got a full-height white-oak slat wall on a black backer with brass hooks set in rhythm. The rear entry was rebuilt from the stringers up.

- Office nook conversion: cased opening, slat wainscot, wallpaper, pendant
- White-oak slat feature wall with brass coat hooks
- Kitchen refresh with quartz counters and undermount sink
- Rear entry rebuild: stair, railing, door, and lighting
